Actually I have heard somewhere that "chedder cheese has enzymes that are not bad for you teeth .

I am not certain about cleansing them. But good old

fashioned h2O (Water)is probably about the best.

Flouride is a chemically active mineral that comes from simply certain "rocks"..Salt of course is

not considered a food but is good for mouth cleansing and healing.Any food that easily decomposes and creates bacteria is generally not good for your teeth. But as humans we once in "prehistoric"times were some catagorized more then others as herbivores or carnivores.Herbivore

meaning plant eaters and carnivore meaning meat eaters,(basically)Some people were more "plant eaters then others and had less wear and tear on

or about their teeth,Carnivores on the otherhand

were meat eaters and had more wear and tear on their teeth. Therefore the "herbivores teeth were generally healthier. But neither is true "good old

fashioned brushing your teeth with a small amount of toothpaste cleanser regularly would have made

the herbevores or carnivores pretty much equally the same in modern dental health.BUt the reason

why carnivores teeth were worse than herbivores is only because meat is tougher than green leaves .

Not sure - but If you make a mixture with baking soda in it, it whitens your teeth, my mom does it all the time...

You can ask the experts at Google Answers. However, it costs money.

Type "teeth health" in and it'll help.
